4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are subject to our 30-day money-back guarantee policy for initial subscriptions.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by The Forge Platform and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Workflows generated through our Service are licensed to you for your use. You retain ownership of your input prompts and the generated workflows for your business purposes. You may not redistribute or resell our Service or generated workflows.

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
